Federal government and every living human being should be aware that ,the Worth of pipeline surveillance jobs is 2.5 billion dollars .

Captain HOSA OKUNBOR manage to employed the following :
1.Egbema kingdom is twenty able body youths (20)
2.Gbaramatu kingdom is thirty persons (30) and paying them with thirty two thousand naira only as a salary .

This is purely wickedness and greedy as captain HOSA OKUNBOR maltreating and oppressing the right of the youths .

IPWD is calling upon the chief of Army staff , Chief of Navy Staff ,chief of Air force and Inspector general of police to call captain HOSA OKUNBOR to order for sidelining the youths in their rightful position .

Mr President Muhammadu Buhari

should immediately call captain HOSA OKUNBOR to give an account of how he uses 2.5 billion dollars in the pipeline surveillance jobs .

Captain HOSA OKUNBOR has busy sponsoring gangs to attacks youths because of telling the simple truth of his looting and oppressive activities over pipeline surveillance jobs .
The youths are absolutely believe on the Nigeria militaries and respect them because they are truthful in terms of security issues and other related matters in this country and the functions of the military is to protect lives and properties in this country .

Captain HOSA OKUNBOR is also sponsoring different media groups to sing praises on him that ,he is meeting up to standard by doing the wrong thing because of peanut they are getting from him. Justice must be prevail over this matter .
Mr President , please send the DSS and other security agencies to investigate captain HOSA OKUNBOR to know his score cards of how he is operating with 2.5 billion dollars .

Federal government should take a proactive step to avert this security crisis in FORCADOS RIVER ,ESCRAVOS RIVER and Egbema kingdom .

The governor of Delta State ,H.E Senator Okowa Arthur Ifeanyi and H.E Godwin Obaseki, the governor of Edo State should understand the pains and intimidation of what they are passing through in the hands of captain HOSA OKUNBOR .The youths are appealing to both governors to do the needful and tell captain HOSA OKUNBOR to with draw his hands totally from the pipeline surveillance jobs for the sake of peace . Because when the creeks will boil it will effect you governors from both state badly then him.

Federal government should award the pipeline surveillance jobs to an indigenous contractor to employ the youths in their various communities to put smile on their faces.

We must know that , these are the issues that brings youths restiveness in any regions.
